SOVRN joins with Western States to Dump Hunger.

We have teamed up with Western States Cat to help fight hunger in Idaho through Western States' Dump Hunger food drive.

The goal of Dump Hunger, which runs now through February 10, is to collect 300,000 pounds of food that will be donated directly to the local food banks in all the communities in which Western States does business. Those wishing to help can donate non-perishable food items such as canned fruits and vegetables, tuna, pasta, chili, soup, peanut butter and more. Donations in the form of a check are also accepted. Every dollar donated equates to five pound of food.

SOVRN is located on the second floor of the building at 11th and Grove Street, directly above the liquor store on the corner. "We've been helping Western States Cat with their Dump Hunger marketing materials for a couple of years now," said Brian Cottier, principle and co-founder of SOVRN. "This year we wanted to see if we could do a little more by promoting ourselves as a drop-off site."
